05Construction and Site Execution

Do you need civil, structural, fit-out, finishing, or complete construction execution? What existing work has already been completed? Any known structural, seepage, electrical, plumbing, facade, or site issues? Will the site be occupied during the work? Any restrictions on working hours, material movement, parking, lifts, noise, or society permissions? Do you already have contractors, vendors, or craftsmen involved?

06Landscape and Biophilic Design

Which outdoor or green areas are part of the project? How do you want to use these outdoor or green spaces? What level of maintenance are you comfortable with? Any plant preferences, allergies, water concerns, or climate constraints? Do you want indoor biophilic elements integrated into the interiors?

07Furniture, Styling, and Sourcing

Do you need custom furniture, sourced furniture, or only styling? Which furniture pieces are essential? Any existing furniture, art, lights, rugs, heirlooms, or decor to retain? Any material or craft preferences for furniture? Do you want final styling support before handover?
